Our Story
Born Out of Frustration With Paper
DeeDee started with a simple observation: the businesses that have the most to lose from poor compliance — restaurants, care homes, schools, leisure centres — are the ones still relying on paper records, clipboards and spreadsheets to manage it.
We watched managers scrambling for paperwork before inspections, care teams struggling to prove what they'd done, and hospitality staff skipping checks because the clipboard was nowhere to be found. We knew there had to be a better way.
So we built DeeDee — a compliance platform that works the way real teams work: fast, mobile-first, simple enough that it actually gets used every day, and robust enough to satisfy even the most demanding regulator.
